Welcome to Kokoro Nikki. By using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kokoro Nikki, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Kokoro Nikki is a journaling application featuring AI-powered emotion analysis, voice transcription, seasonal themes, and culturally-inspired visualizations. The app offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features, after which a premium subscription is required.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kokoro Nikki. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in Kokoro Nikki are owned by Cre8 Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your journal entries remain your property.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; use the app for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with other users' use of the app.
6. Advertising
The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for advertiser content.
7. Subscriptions & Purchases
Kokoro Nikki offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, a premium subscription is required for continued access. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are governed by the respective store's terms.
8. Apple End User License Agreement (EULA)
If you download Kokoro Nikki via the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement. You can review the full Apple EULA here: Apple Standard EULA.
9. Your Data
Journal entries and recordings are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, data is encrypted and stored securely. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Kokoro Nikki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be perfectly accurate. The app is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre8 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Modifications to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of your place of residence.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
